Through a one-on-one with a seasoned professional, WellthWise offers strategic insights and tailored solutions so you can choose the best health insurance plan that is right for you.

Before the consultation, you will receive a questionnaire that will provide us with personal health insurance information and financial information to better understand your insurance needs. You will be able to upload health insurance documents that will help give us an overall understanding of what you are looking for in your health insurance plan.

During the hour long consultation, we will educate the individual condensed information from the class so they may have a better understanding of plan terms. Because we receive information and documents from you prior to the consultation, we will have already analyzed and tailored options that suit your health insurance plan needs. By the end of the consultation, the individual will be able to choose the plan that best suits their health and financial goals.

After the consultation:

We hope the information provided in the consultation allows the individual to feel confident about choosing the right health insurance plan.

    • Government-issued ID: Driver’s license or passport.

    • Proof of address: Recent utility bill or lease.

    • Social Security Number (SSN): Often needed for identity verification and quoting (especially life/health insurance).

    • Current insurance policies: If you're switching or comparing (bring declarations pages).

    • Medical history and current health conditions

    • Current medications

    • Income information (for subsidies, if applicable)

    • List of preferred doctors/hospitals

    • Current health insurance (if applicable)

    • List of questions/concerns: So nothing important gets overlooked.

  • We know that life can be busy so we offer in person and online consultations. Health insurance financial literacy should be available to all so we strive to be available whichever way is convenient for the individual.

  • Protected health and financial information is secure both digitally and physically. By signing WellthWise’s consent form, we are only allowed to share your information with parties you designate.
